Refresher training should be carried out every three to five years. Refresher training enables employers to go over any areas of concern, revisit best practice, and feel confident in
the safety, efficiency, and compliance of the operation.
There are important exceptions to the ‘three to five year’ period such as after a period of absence or for occasional users, who perhaps do not routinely use equipment. These employees should receive refresher training before they operate the equipment.
This operator training course is designed for potential operator’s who haveno previous experience of operating industrial counterbalanced or reach lift trucks rider-operated. Theyshould be over the minimum school-leaving age (except in docks where they must be at least 18 years ofage), they should have a reasonable degree of physical fitness.

Basic Operating Skills Test
Fully accredited and in-house forklift training for operators and instructors on all types of lift trucks. All levels of experience are catered for. Novice courses are provided for those who have little-to-no experience.
Other courses are also available: Novice and experienced operator courses as well as conversion training to other types of trucks.

E-Learning is a blended course that helps to reduce time in the classroom and away from the job, thereby also reducing cost.
