Accredited vs In-House Instructor Training: My Evaluation
In-house instructor training is a practice that involves developing and nurturing talent within an organization to serve as educators or trainers. This approach offers advantages such as customized content, alignment with organizational goals, cost efficiency, cultural integration, flexibility, and accessibility. However, it also has limitations in terms of expertise, potential biases, resource and time constraints, resistance to change, and keeping up with evolving industry standards. The decision to pursue in-house instructor training should consider the organization’s unique needs and industry context, striking a balance between internal capabilities and external perspectives to foster growth and innovation.
